Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sanrio fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that exclusive collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn apparel and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all Sanrio character tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
